Andrew joined Cadigal Office Leasing in August 2011 and has 7 years' experience in commercial real estate, initially in research roles at CB Richard Ellis and Bell Potter Securities. As head of the Toronto research department for CB Richard Ellis, he was responsible for developing and presenting market forecasts to senior management teams at Royal Bank of Canada, Manulife Financial, Oxford Properties and Brookfield Properties.
Since becoming a leasing agent, Andrew has leased over 5,500sqm of office space throughout the Sydney CBD and Fringe. Andrew's transactions included direct leases and subleases, with his most recent success coming from the completion of a sublease campaign on behalf of Gresham Partners, at 167 Macquarie Street.
Major project leasing appointments include 9 Castlereagh Street, 55 Harrington Street, and 235 Pyrmont Street, Pyrmont.
