Joining Savills in 2011, Chris has continued to develop as an integral part of the Office Leasing Team. Chris’s experience involves brokerage transactions and major leasing projects, generating results highly regarded by his clients. A strategic approach to targeting occupiers directly and the in-depth knowledge of the leasing process, are key strengths that Chris has utilised to deliver 100% occupancy results on his leasing projects.Chris was promoted to Leasing Executive in January 2015 and then to Senior Executive in January 2017. During his first 6 months in the market he brokered upwards of 15 deals for a range of institutional and private clients.Chris has built the knowledge and experience over the years to consult clients on both private and institutionallevels in the commercial leasing market. Chris’s expertise involves structuring and implementing all aspects of leasing commercial projects, while also actively transacting in the commercial market.
