      Collins Square is Australia’s largest commercial mixed use development, comprising five commercial towers over a 10,000sqm retail podium and the refurbishment of the historic Southern Goods Shed. The $1.3bn project is situated on a whole city block with 190m of Collins Street frontage, changing the face of the Melbourne CBD and creating a vibrant new business precinct.

      The masterplan and each of the five commercial towers have been designed by leading architects, Bates Smart. Over 185,000sqm NLA of commercial space will be delivered as part of the project.

      The 5 Green Star and NABERS rated buildings will provide highly flexible and iconic workspaces for big business in Melbourne, and set a new benchmark for commercial development in Australia.

      The world-class 10,000sqm retail podium designed by the Buchan Group will deliver a vibrant and active heart for the Melbourne CBD and deliver staff every amenity Docklands currently lacks.

      Over 48,000 people will visit Collins Square daily and enjoy a varied and engaging retail experience. Convenient services, foodcourt, cafes, restaurants, fashion, grocery and specialty retailers will feature as part of the retail mix at Collins Square.

      The opportunity to be part of this historic development is a limited one. Already over 40% of the commercial space has been leased to major tenants – Marsh Mercer Companies, the Australian Tax Office and the Pearson Group.
