      Brookfield Place Tower 2 is a bold new commercial development in the heart of the Perth CBD. It reflects the latest thinking in corporate workplace design and facilities. The centrepiece of the development is a 45 storey tower with underground car parking that is the new home to BHP Billiton in Western Australia. 

      Fronting St Georges Terrace are four Heritage Buildings, which have been refurbished as part of the development. 

      Tower 2 is a premium grade 16 level office tower, with approximately 34,000 sqm of net lettable area scheduled for completion at the end of 2015.       Historical buildings front St Georges Terrace and surround the civic place giving an historic and traditional prominence rarely found in Perth’s CBD. The Printhall, previously home to The West Australian newspaper, has been restored into a landmark bar and restaurant operating over four levels. 

      Brookfield Place is a new precinct with exciting and vibrant public space. Further works include a sheltered upper-level walkway along Mounts Bay Road to provide greater connectivity between Perth Bus Port, Esplanade Train Station and Perth’s City Centre.
